Summary: The master plan for the campus was conceived as a moving dragon, the symbol for power, strength and good luck. The linear campus follows the adjacent creek providing indoor gathering places at each node and connections across to the existing buildings. The entire campus has a level for parking and service beneath the first floor.

Summary: An industrial site near Love Field Airport with two existing buildings is redeveloped into creative multi-tenant office and flex space for a Dallas developer. Space is carved out of the larger buildings creating standard lease depths. A completely new destination image for the site is created.

Summary: Designed to be an integral part of the natural landscape, this facility will be a rental community of cottages nestled under the canopy of mature trees. The entire site is secured with limited access after hours. Each cottage is a four-plex composed of one and two bedroom units all with porches. Reserved parking is provided adjacent to each unit.
