Summary : In association with Alliance Architects, EBSA designed this office building to take advantage of the site and to provide 2 levels of 60,000 gsf of contiguous space. The modern entry and masonry detailing make this neighborhood office building a unique structure within the area.

Client : Wellness International Network, Ltd

Summary : Located in Legacy, a corporate business park in Plano, Texas, this 2 level building was designed using both natural limestone panels and tilt-up concrete panels. The central glass vault encloses the main company gathering space and separates the two primary office and distribution operations.

Summary : In association with Alliance Architects, EBSA designed this 2 level building to provide speculative office space within the Alliance Airport development of Fort Worth, Texas. The tilt-up concrete skin was used to match the surrounding structures. The unique shape and detailing of this building was a reaction to the site and the views to and from the building.

Summary : This architecture is designed as a four level, Class A office building with Texas Red granite skin, full height storefront windows and one level of private parking below. The unique shape was designed to increase the visibility from the large curve of Collins Boulevard on the southwest side. The recessed clad main entry structure is visible from US 75 North Central Expressway.

Dining Facility & Parking Garage - Thousand Oaks California

Client : Amgen, Inc.

Size: Site: 5.2 acres, Building 140,000 gsf

Summary : This multi-level mixed use facility, with views of the Sierra mountains, on the corporate campus encloses offices, a campus wide dining facility, a canyon level conference center and  a campus central plant. The design was conceived as a cellular divisional expansion with the primary functions oriented around a man-made canyon. The zoning height restrictions dictated utilizing the sub-level and creating the canyon allowed natural light within the spaces.
