Summary : An existing restaurant located on a major retail intersection is converted into a modern retail center for Cypress Equities.
The scheme transforms the existing 157,529 gsf. shopping center, constructed in the 80's, into a modern, vibrant and upscale retail center capable of competing within the regional market.
This new 12,800 sf. retail center is currently under construction within this expanding area north of Dallas. Brick, limestone, steel and glass are the primary enclosure materials.
