Adaptive Reuse Projects

Adaptive re-use projects have been a large part of the ebs+a design portfolio since the firms’ inception in 1994. Our philosophy of using materials that are low maintenance, easily fabricated, locally sourced and aesthetically exceptional continues through our current design projects.

We discover ways to repurpose buildings that are antiquated in both use and appearance bringing new economic value, aesthetic appeal and efficient uses to the owners and tenants of these buildings.
