This project was completed in 2011 and awarded LEED Gold Certification.
The project won the 2011 Stemmons Corridor Business Association Award for Best Adaptive Re-Use of an Existing Building and was a finalist in the Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals - Private Green Deal of the Year 2011.

Summary: This former coin operated laundry is now a modern boutique retail building with four tenants. Clerestories were added to increase the interior volume and to bring in natural light.
